Abstract: There are many factors that influence the performance of WebSphere Portal in the z/OS environment. The objective of this performance study was to determine which tuning parameters and WebSphere Portal workload characteristics relate to performance. This study includes four different portal workloads with both authenticated and unauthenticated users.
