Abstract: If one wants to use the IBM Z or IBM LinuxOne platforms to support cloud deployment of Linux instances and applications, what are the current options? This paper provides a technical overview of the technologies that can support this requirement. It positions the options in terms of the type of xAAS cloud services supported, how each manages from and/or to the IBM Z and LinuxOne platforms to support deployments, and the type of use cases best suited for each option.
