Abstract: This white paper provides an example of creating and deploying an Oracle database on Linux on z Systems using IBM Cloud Orchestrator technology. It shows the process of creating a "pattern" using a source image and script packages, and the deployment of the pattern to create a Linux instance and install the Oracle database.
