WebSphere Application Server for z/OS

Abstract: The question is often asked: "How much memory and how much DASD do I need for WAS z/OS?" The answer is -- as it *always is* -- "It depends." This document provides a set of basic sizing guidelines for WebSphere Application Server for z/OS. It puts you in the ballpark; it gives you a sense for what it will take.

There is a URL at the end of the document for IBMers who wish to engage the Techline organization on behalf of their customers to do a more proper Techline sizing of the application and topology.
