What is the Supply Portal?
The Supply Portal is a single point of entry for IBM employees and suppliers to access IBM Global e-Procurement applications. Guest users of the Supply Portal can request access to the restricted applications they need and navigate to certain public access applications (applications that require no registration or approval) from the user interface provided in the Supply Portal.

From the Supply Portal new guests select Register to link to IBM Registration (IR), where they can obtain a Web userid/password that enables them to register for any of the Global Procurement applications available under the Supply Portal.
