The airline program is IBM business-driven spending on airlines for individual or group travel. The airline program also includes the purchase of the corporate fleet when required. IBM spending on freight and distribution involving airlines is managed by distribution procurement.

IBM's Hotel program is a global directory of hotels that provides IBMtravelers a list of properties with pre-negotiated rates that also meets IBM's Safety and Security guidelines.

Auto rental:
Solution must fit IBM travel patterns with world-class service and constant competitive advantage pricing.

Travel agency:
Services include making reservations for transient and group business travel. trequirements include global presence fulfillment of travel reservations booked online as well as consolidated reporting.

Auto lease:
IBM auto leasing requirement is for outsourced Fleet administration for leased vehicles including maintenance and other services as specified by each country. At the global/regional level, IBM requires a supplier management structure which can provide IBM with consolidated management reporting and information, as well as clear communication management channels starting at the county level, moving through regional, to a global level.

Ground transportation:
IBM employee business travel and meeting events requirements for sedan, limousine, and bus services. Pre-qualified carriers/suppliers work through a city specific program for services. IBM presently has a preferred supplier network.
