IBM SVP Steve Mills will discuss how the company's broad software portfolio delivered $18.2 billion in revenue, grew 8 percent for the full year, and was the largest profit contributor to IBM's $91.4 billion of revenue in 2006.

Mills also will unveil new software offerings and invite customers to discuss how IBM (NYSE: IBM), the world's second largest software company, is helping them manage an avalanche of business information and use it for a competitive advantage.

During the briefing, Mills also will detail how IBM is applying its combination of software, hardware and business consulting services to rapidly capitalize on a $1 billion investment and cross-company initiative it launched a year ago to capture the emerging Information on Demand business opportunity.

Gain a better understanding about the key drivers behind IBM's best software revenue growth in over five years. The company's software momentum was led by strong results from its middleware business and immediate contributions from strategic acquisitions, such as FileNet, which closed strong in 4Q '06 and enabled the company's Information on Demand offerings to grow 42 percent in the quarter.

Mills and the customers will participate in a live Q&A session following their remarks.
