Two Companies Offering Total Package for New Venture Development

SOMERS, N.Y - 05 Apr 2000: -- IBM and Mercer Management Consulting today announced a global alliance that will help companies design, incubate and build new e-businesses.

The collaboration targets both large corporations and start-up companies pursuing growth through new business designs. IBM Global Services and Mercer will offer a comprehensive suite of new venture services and expertise focused on business design innovation, e-business technologies, and business incubation services, including identifying sources of venture funding. The alliance will also provide rapid implementation services and ongoing infrastructure support.
