New York, NY - 23 Oct 2000: IBM and Agillion Inc., the leading Web service for customer-focused business, today announced a partnership to help small and growing businesses get online and use highly personalized Web-based services to strengthen customer service and compete more effectively. The IBM-Agillion initiative is part of IBM's ongoing program to partner with select online business service providers to offer tailored Internet solutions that small and growing businesses say they need to grow and thrive.
