IBM Sweeps 2001 Java Developer's Journal Readers' Choice Awards With 13 Wins

SOMERS, NY - 04 Oct 2001: IBM* swept the Java Developer's Journal (JDJ) ( www.JavaDevelopersJournal.com) Fourth Annual Readers' Choice Awards by winning 13 awards -- by far the largest number in the industry.

More than 40,000 JDJ readers voted this year, picking IBM winners including WebSphere Application Server, Host-On-Demand and Transcoding Publisher; VisualAge for Java; MQ Series, DB2 Universal Database software; and IBM alphaWorks.

Results of this year's voting will appear in the November 2001 issue of Java Developer's Journal.
