Steve has held various technical positions with IBM for 33 years, with the last 2 years focused on building the System z strategy for the retail industry. He has spent the previous 12 years assisting customers with the architecture, performance, availability, and memory configuration of large WebSphere applications on System z Linux. Steve is the author of several widely-read technical papers and redbooks, and presents regularly at technical conferences. *
