IBM has always worked closely with a select set of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) who offer application solutions and tools to meet your business needs on IBM mainframe servers. We produce the hardware and the system software, but IBM relies heavily on ISVs (most of whom are members of our PartnerWorld for Developers program) to build applications that give the System z and S/390 platforms full value to your enterprise.
