If a VSE/POWER command longer than 71 characters is issued, within a VSE REXX Procedure, POWER truncates the command and sets the last byte to blank for its command parsing. These maimed commands lead to various error message like 1R52I command-code LAST OPERAND INVALID or 1R52I command-code OPERAND nn INVALID or the truncated command may be accepted but return a wrong result.
