IBM System z processors capable of supporting z/OS®

Software
The operating system must be at z/OS Version 1 Release 4 or higher, or z/OS.e.

For printing documents that have been converted into AFP, an IPDS or IPDS-compatible printer is required.

For printing documents that have been converted into PCL or PostScript, a printer that supports PCL5, PCLc or PCL6 is required for PCL, and PostScript Level 2 or Level 3 is required for PostScript printing.

Software

The operating system must be at z/OS Version 1 Release 10 or higher.

For printing documents that have been converted into AFP, Print Services Facility (PSF) must be installed on the system.

For viewing documents that have been converted into Adobe PDF, the Adobe Acrobat reader is required.
