- Some customers are receiving the following error when they try to open a PDF on disk 2 of the z/OS DVD Collection (SK3T-4271):
This is in an unfortunate artifact of mismatched Adobe Reader and PDF files "levels". The DVD (disc 2) is not in error nor are the files corrupted therein. The PDF files on the DVD are more than likely built at a more recent level than the Adobe Reader of the customer. Usually updating the Adobe Reader to the most current level fixes the problem.
