IMPORTANT TERMS REGARDING THE AGREEMENT FOR "AS IS" USE OF SAMPLE
CPPUPDTE DOCUMENTATION AND SAMPLES. YOU MUST READ THESE
TERMS BEFORE DOWNLOADING OR USING THIS DOCUMENTATION OR ITS SAMPLES. ANY
DOWNLOAD, INSTALLATION OR USE INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE
TERMS.
Sample Code is available
only to customers who have a license to IBM z/OS ("Qualified
Customers"). If you do not have a license to z/OS, you may NOT
download the documentation or samples.
If you are a Qualified
Customer, you are hereby granted a nonexclusive, royalty-free
license to install and use the samples on computer systems,
which contain a licensed copy of z/OS. All other
rights, title, and interest in and to the documentation and samples are not
transferred by this license and remain with the author and IBM.
This license ends when you no longer have a licensed copy of
z/OS.
THE DOCUMENTATION AND SAMPLES ARE PROVIDED
"AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INLCUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR
NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PATENTS, COPYRIGHTS OR OTHER PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
OF OTHERS. NEITHER THE AUTHOR NOR IBM WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS,
ROUTINES, AND DATA CONTAINED IN, OR GENERATED AS A RESULT OF THE

OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM, EVEN IF THE AUTHOR OR

This agreement does not
entitle you to any consulting, program maintenance or other

This agreement constitutes
the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you,
the author of the Sample Code and IBM.
This agreement shall be
construed and governed in accordance with the substantive laws of
the State of New York.
