GDPS maintenance
Information APAR II12161 is regularly updated with the latest GDPS and GDPS-related maintenance and prerequisite information. You should review this APAR and apply any applicable maintenance identified during the GDPS installation. You should also plan to review this APAR on a regular basis and apply any APARs that are applicable to your environment.
GDPS uses the ANTRQST API interface to perform remote copy operations. You need to check that the service for the latest level of the API is installed on your K-sys and R-sys systems. Refer to the the PSP buckets for DEVICE2105 and DEVICE2107 for the latest service information for Global Mirror and FlashCopy, and ensure that you have the latest recommended maintenance applied: The DEVICE2105 and DEVICE2107 PSP buckets can be obtained from the following URLs:
