Educators all over the world are leveraging the IBM Academic Initiative, System z, program to add enterprise systems courses, modules, and labs into their curricula. The program provides free resources to educators and students who are learning enterprise systems and IBM mainframes. Business leaders tell IBM and educators that there is a strong demand for students who study enterprise systems.

Connecting Students with Job Opportunities
Professors: you can help increase your students' chances of finding jobs by providing them access to post resumes on the IBM Student Opportunity System database.
Here's how you can help: In order for students to qualify to enter a resume in the database, you will need to verify that a student has participated in a class that contains enterprise systems content.
To do that, visit the IBM Student Opportunity System database page, and follow the instructions you'll find there.
