IBM Systems Director Active Energy Manager
The IBM Systems Director Active Energy Manager™ solution is available for select IBM BladeCenter and System x servers and allows direct power monitoring through IBM Director software. This solution helps you measure, track and manage actual power usage of systems, applications and workloads at the rack and server level.
Using IBM Systems Director Active Energy Manager, you can obtain power usage and temperature pattern trend data over time (hourly, weekly, monthly) to better analyze and plan for the power needs of the servers.
