How to engage with PowerNet

Most Business Partner Resellers sign up to PowerNet via a distributor. However, if you can answer 'YES' to all of the following questions, you could become a direct contract holder.

Can you:
  1. Accept revenue target?
  2. Assign sales headcount to drive PowerNet revenue?
  3. Assign marketing headcount to drive PowerNet revenue?
  4. Assign resource to load lead opportunities via IBM's lead tracking system?

A typical reseller will be able to develop PowerNet relationships with at least five ISVs.

Distributors provide
  • Marketing assistance
  • Distributor will manage the relationship with IBM
  • Will manage the PowerNet business process.
  • Manage contract with IBM
As a software Application Provider, you can engage via a distributor or a PowerNet contract-holding IBM reseller. If you do not have an existing relationship, we can help you find a partner to engage with. Your partner can:
  • Provide marketing assistance
  • Manage the relationship with IBM
  • Oversee the PowerNet business process
  • Handle the overall contract with IBM
