Claim Process: How to claim your rebate

This page contains information on how customers can claim their rebates for promotions, directly from IBM.

To receive your rebate, please complete the following, and return it to IBM, with your invoice and supporting correspondence to:

All claims received will be acknowledged by e-mail.


Customers must submit the following to IBM to claim their rebate:

1. An official rebate request to IBM, which shows the value of the total rebate and the subject of the claim.

2. In addition, Customers must give information on the IBM products purchased (machine type, model, serial number, and Business Partner), together with details of the configuration which will be used as proof of entitlement. This information must be supplied correctly in order for the claim to be valid.

3. Supply copies of the hardware invoices for the eligible IBM products, showing the machine type, model, configuration, quantity and serial number. The purchase date must be within the dates of the specific promotion for which you are claiming against.

Additional information/conditions

1. Only one rebate will be paid for each eligible IBM product, machine type/serial number purchased under these promotions.

2. These promotions are subject to the terms and conditions of any applicable Agreements.

3. These promotions cannot be combined with other applicable IBM discounts on the eligible products.

4. Any rebate request forms lost or misdirected are not the responsibility of IBM.

5. Allow up to 28 days for your rebate to arrive. Cheques will be issued within 28 days of receipt of your correct invoice.

6. Any information submitted to IBM by End User Customers will be treated as Confidential, and will only be used for the purposes of determining proof of entitlement, calculation and settlement of rebate requests.

7. Customers should not withhold any payments owed to IBM on condition of receipt of this rebate.

8. Invoices/bills of sale must be either typewritten or computer generated. Handwritten or altered documents will not be accepted.

9. The name and company appearing on this form must match the information provided on the invoice/bill of sale.

10. Any rebate request forms lost or misdirected by the Postal Service or other delivery service are not the responsibility of IBM.

11. Rebates paid to Customers who acquired eligible hardware products from IBM Business Partners will be exclusive of VAT.

12. These promotions are void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

13. All claims must be received by IBM no later than 30 days after the invoice date of the eligible products.

14. IBM reserves the right to modify or withdraw these promotions at any time.
