Effective September 29, 2006, IBM will withdraw from marketing the 3592 Enterprise Tape Drive.
Orders received before the effective date of withdrawal will be acknowledged on an as-available basis.
On or after September29, 2006, you can no longer order these products directly from IBM. Field-installed features associated with the machine types not listed in this announcement continue to be available. You can obtain the products on an as-available basis through IBM Business Partners.
The IBM TotalStorage 3592 Enterprise Tape Drive has been replaced by the
IBM System Storage TS1120 Tape Drive
