There are two types of support available for the components of the Proven scenario. Elements that are supported by IBM, and elements that are supported by the non-IBM manufacturer. The information about the Proven results should be used as a guide only, since hardware and software levels and releases may vary, and numerous hardware and software combinations are possible.

Technical support for IBM products varies by product. Refer to the product documentation for terms and conditions of technical support and for information on obtaining support assistance.

Supported by Non-IBM Manufacturer

IBM does not provide support for these products. For non-IBM products, support issues should be directed to the manufacturer of the product in question.
