Businesses today struggle to hit or shrink batch windows for backups, while meeting required service and availability levels, and managing exponential data growth. As they implement faster backup solutions, they must still make sure data is backed up properly and recoverable. Service level agreements (SLAs), which mandate short backup and recovery windows, call for solutions that provide centralization, automation and multimedia (disk and tape) backup and restore.
A solid continuity plan can help you maintain access to your applications and data, even during daily backup operations. When your operations are online, no one is locked out of your business and that can help drive sales and productivity. |
IBM can help address your backup and restore requirements.
