Guest tickets may be purchased on site at the IBM Conference Registration Desk during scheduled hours of operation, via cash, check or credit card.
If you are purchasing three or more event seats at regular price, you qualify for group discount pricing.
Registration
Registration fee includes admittance to all general and elective sessions and the Solution Center. IBM’s executive events are known for satisfying even the most discerning palates. Your registration fee includes meals Monday through Wednesday, plus refreshments. Enjoy hors d'oeuvres and beverages at the Monday evening Solution Center reception. Individual travel expenses, lodging, incidental expenses and additional meals are not included.
Payment
The registration fee may be paid by credit card or check, the IBM Education Pack - online account or the PartnerRewards Education Voucher can be used to cover the registration fee. If you plan on using a coupon or voucher to pay for all or part of your registration fee, you must provide the physical document at the time of registration at the conference. If you do not have the physical document, you will be billed the full registration fee. Every registration must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. All credit card information will be validated and charges for the conference billed 30 days in advance of the event.
Eligible IBM Business Partners can use PartnerRewards Education Vouchers* and attend at a substantially lower price.
*Note: This program is not available in all geographies.
Cancellation/No show Policy:
Enrollees must cancel their registration by 5:00PM EST, May 21, 2012 to avoid charges. Cancellations received before this date will not be charged a registration fee or administration fee. Cancellations received after this date will be billed the full registration fee. Substitutions are permitted at any time prior to the end of the event and replaced attendees will not be subject to penalties. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after that date. No refunds will be made for "No-Shows," who may also incur a charge for one night's hotel room rate if they do not cancel their hotel room 24 hours in advance. IBM Education Pack holders and no-shows who cancel within 14 days prior to the conference will be billed the full amount. This cancelation policy does not apply to Solution Center Sponsorships or Exhibitorships, please see Solution Center Package Terms and Conditions for specifics.
