Live tours of select IBM facilities are available. Development and product test area tours provide customers with the opportunity to witness IBM's commitment to leadership in technology and product quality. Tours can be arranged for the disk, tape and test areas through the Tucson Briefing Center. Each tour takes approximately 30 minutes.
Tours include:
- Development and Test Labs for Disk, Tape, SAN solutions, and Storage Software
- IBM Open Systems Lab
- Environmental Test chambers
- Media Test Area
