Directions from Raleigh/Durham (RDU) International Airport to the RTP Main Site:
Commute time from the airport is approximately 15-20 minutes.
- Follow signs for I-40 West
- Take Exit 280 - Turning Right onto
Davis Drive
- At Intersection of E. Cornwallis Rd & Davis Dr - continue Straight onto IBM Property (
Blue Ridge Parkway)
- Show IBM badge at Guard Gate / If guest, Register at Guard Gate
- Follow signs for Bldg 002 Main Lobby / Executive Briefing Centers
- Turn Right at first stop sign onto
Innovation Lane (follow drive around to Visitors Parking)
- Press intercom at Visitor Parking Lot - identify yourself as Briefing Center Visitor
- In Building 002 Lobby - indicate to reception that you are attending a briefing with IBM Servers/Storage/Lenovo or IBM Retail.
Once in the Building 002 Lobby:
Please notify the Receptionist that you are attending a briefing for either the IBM Systems & Technology Group/Lenovo or the Retail Innovation Center. Someone from the EBC staff will meet you in the Main Lobby to escort you to our Briefing Center.

Account Team Responsibilities
Completion of required forms (including account backgrounder and EBC prep document). Include as much information on the account as possible so that we may provide the best solutions to your customer.
At least two weeks prior to the event, provide an accurate listing of all attendees (note: all non-U.S. citizens require birth date & country of birth). This allows our staff to accurately plan for room space, food arrangements and tentcards & badges for your guests.
Dress Code of EBC
The RTP Executive Briefing Center dress code is Business Casual. Business casual means shirts with collars and no jeans, tee shirts or shorts. Please let us know if your customer prefers "Business Attire" (suits or jackets & ties).
