Remote and e-briefings
Remote and e-briefings provide customers with the opportunity to learn about selected topics at either an IBM or customer location through a variety of communication vehicles or outbound speakers.
Remote and e-briefing Options Include:
- Outbound briefings (presenters travel to the customer location)
- Video conference
- Intranet and telecon
- Web Seminar + Q & A (best used for mass distribution)
- Telecon (files sent to receiving location or locations with a call-in number).
Remote and e-briefings can be conducted at the technical depth appropriate for customer needs. The number of topics to be discussed per briefing varies according to customer requirements. Most individual topic sessions take one to two hours, and can be conducted anywhere. Contact the IBM Briefing Center to arrange a remote or e-briefing.
