IBM Executive Briefing Center

Our center is equipped with over 40 rooms ranging from intimate, 15 person meeting rooms, to our auditorium capable of housing large events of 150 persons. All our meeting rooms are fully equipped with video projectors, overhead projectors, videoconference facilities, network connections etc. We can arrange rooms for breakout sessions, as well as individual offices for VIPs. A common working area is available to access email and replicate Notes.

Our facilities include 4 IBM System Data Centers, a Storage Lab & Telco Solutions lab. Our data centers are among the largest and most powerful throughout Europe. Also available at Montpellier are tours of the IBM System z and IBM System p high-end manufacturing facilities. The tours highlight IBM's commitment to technology leadership and product quality.

To accompany the presentations and demos during your briefing day, we propose various types of meals and coffee breaks. Additionally we can recommend and book lunch or dinner meals at any of excellent the restaurants in the Montpellier region.

Logistic support
We provide full logistic support related to briefings or event. For any kind of documentation, pamphlets, posters and study material we have access to on-site printing and copying facilities. Our hostesses and secretarial staff can help to book hotel rooms, restaurant reservations, and arrange local transport. In addition to these services we propose and organize gala dinners, wine tasting visits, sportive and cultural day trips, and any other special activity.
