The IBM® ServerProven® rebate offering, described in United States Marketing Announcement 307-020, dated January 30, 2007, and Canadian Announcement A07-0352, dated January 30, 2007, is being withdrawn.
For purchase transactions, IBM invoices for the eligible products must have a date of on or after January 30, 2007, but no later than July 16, 2007.
For lease transactions, signed and accepted Leasing Certificates of Acceptance, or lease contracts with "Deemed Acceptance" for the eligible products must have a lease commencement date of on or after January 30, 2007, but no later than July 16, 2007.
The IBM invoice/lease commencement dates specified in this announcement supersede IBM invoice/lease commencement dates specified in the IBM ServerProven rebate offering rebate request form.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
