Business Partner Performance Management Data Release Form
The performance data, which you as a customer send to IBM, is proprietary. In order for IBM to release your performance data to your Business Partner, you must complete a Business Partner Performance Management Data Release Form.

Below are the steps to complete a Business Partner Performance Management Data Release Form:

• Go to the PM for Power Systems Reports website:

  https://pmeserver.rochester.ibm.com

• Log in
• Click the person icon Authorize Business Partner for the Server/LPAR that you want to authorize
• On the form, check the Authorize (or Remove) button and complete the form
• On the form there is a box in which you can identify additional LPAR serial numbers. This box has been provided for convenience so that you do not have to create a separate form for each LPAR.
• Click on the Submit button

A confirmation notice will be emailed to the Business Partner you have authorized and to you (for verification).
