Lotus Workflow

Lotus Workflow is an enabling technology that eases the interaction of the right people with the right information; it is primarily used in applications requiring a review and approval cycle. Workflow extends the capabilities of Domino application development and facilitates the development and deployment of workflow applications built on flexible, collaborative, and structured processes. An intuitive visual interface lets you define approval routing rules, participants and their roles, and relevant workflow data without the need for extensive programming. With Lotus Workflow, you can standardize the routes for document approval and the names of authorized signers. You can store them separately from the content for easy reuse in new applications.
