Business Partner performance management data release form
You may authorize IBM to share your data with various third parties, including one or more solution providers and Business Partners to make them aware of your performance and capacity demands and to enable them to provide you with a higher level of service. This form is accessible once you have successfully installed PM for System p and are able to view reports on the Internet. See instructions below.
To complete this form for PM for System p, you will need these items:
- Your LPAR name and number
- Business Partner name and e–mail address
- Business Partner Country Enterprise ID
The performance data, which you as a customer send to IBM, is proprietary. In order for IBM to release your performance data to your Business Partner, you must complete a Business Partner performance management data release form. Below are the steps to complete the form:
- Go to the
PM for System p Reports Web site.
- Log in with your Machine Serial number/password.
- Next to a system/LPAR serial number, under Actions, click the person icon "Authorize Business Partner".
- On the form, check the "Authorize" (or "Remove") button and complete the form.
- On the form there is a box in which you can identify additional LPAR serial numbers. This box has been provided for convenience so that you do not have to create a separate form for each LPAR.
- Click on the "Submit" button.
A confirmation notice will be emailed to the Business Partner you have authorized and to you (for verification).
