- Deliver a comprehensive base support solution with new AIX system orders.
- Drive higher levels of customer satisfaction.
- Enable smooth upgrades for the on demand environment.
Offering highlights:
- SWMA offers access to AIX version upgrades plus access to support technicians when either or both are needed.
- All new IBM Systems configured with an AIX OS have the option of including one year of SWMA as part of that configuration.
- An attractively priced three-year SWMA option is also available for extended coverage.
