The BladeCenter S Office Enablement Kit is the ideal way to deploy BladeCenter S into your everyday office. The kit enables several office-friendly features such as the built-in Acoustical Module, a front locking door, 33% or 4U available for expansion or for your other IT and optional contaminants filter.

Energy-efficient design

  • Because BladeCenter S uses power supplies that are as much as 90% efficient, much less power is wasted as heat and more power is available for the chassis and servers to use.
  • Blower/fan modules in the chassis adjust to compensate for changing thermal characteristics. At the lower speeds they draw less power.
