IBM IS No.1, IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IN SERVERS & STORAGE IBM retained its No.1 position in the Servers category, second time in a row. And we have also topped the list in the Storage category, this year.

We are ranked as No.1 in the Servers and Storage categories by DQ-CMR Customer Satisfaction Audit 2012 among CIOs and IT Managers in India.

We earned the No.1 spot by primarily focusing on innovation. From Overall product to Ocerall post-sales service, IBM Servers and Storage scored the highest customer satisfaction scores across various parameters, leaving behind competitors like HP, Dell, SUN, HCL, EMC, and Wipro

  • IBM Overall product

    Racing ahead of the competition, IBM scored 88.8 out of 100 in the Overall product category. Scoring the highest in overall product reliability and ease of product implementation & use subcategories, IBM proved to be a clear winner by delivering the best products and services.

  • IBM Overall pre-sales & marketing

    Performing equally well in the Overall pre-sales & marketing category, a score of 88.9 out of 100 sealed IBM’s position at the top. This shows that IBM’s business partners were successful in understanding customer’s specific business domain.

  • IBM Overall price & commercial

    IBM scored 85.8 on 100 in the Overall price & commercial category which involved strong competition. However, IBM managed to grab maximum points in this category, proving to also be cost-effective.

  • IBM Overall delivery & installation

    The Overall delivery & installation category saw IBM scoring the highest number of points again. IBM left its competitors behind with the highest score of 87.8 on 100. The score serves as an indicator to the fact that in demonstration/training/handholding initiative by the vendors, IBM brand is valued most.

  • IBM Overall post-sales service

    With the highest score of 86 on 100, IBM was way ahead of its competitors in the Overall post-sales service category. Measured for availability of spare parts and interaction with the service team, this high score reflects the quality service that IBM offers.

  • IBM Green initiatives

    Even in the case of meeting customers’ Green expectations, IBM was way ahead of the competition. IBM’s focus on environmental friendly initiatives was rated the highest. In case of products with clear energy efficiency advantages, IBM was again at the top, proving to be highly Green efficient.
