The goal of the User-Centered Design (UCD) Team at IBM Rochester is to ensure that the IBM i, other IBM eServer systems, and the applications they run meet your business requirements and are easy to use. To achieve this goal, we solicit user input throughout the product development process, through focus groups, interviews, surveys, prototype evaluations, and usability tests.
To find out how you can influence the design of these products to meet your business needs, view the UCD focus areas and sign up to participate in feedback activities.
