Overview Technical Marketing Education Services

The IBM i Technology Center (iTC) provides world class technical marketing assistance, education and implementation assistance for select technologies to IBM Sales and Service personnel, Business Partners, customers and consultants worldwide.

Technical marketing assistance
At the IBM i Technology Center, subject matter experts are available to provide technical marketing assistance via telephone, email and on-site support. This support may include technology questions, pre-sales planning, solution assessments, configuration support, and sales calls assistance.

Education
The IBM i Technology Center offers education courses and customized training courses in either a classroom setting or at a customer location for specific technologies such as e-business, LPAR, BRMS, Management Central, Linux and Clustering.

The IBM i Technology Center provides Consulting Services that will help you develop solutions and enhance your business on the iSeries. These Consulting Services cover a variety of leading edge technologies to help you through your implementation. These Consulting Services are available on a contract basis and are customized in content and length to meet the needs of the customer.
