The BRMS graphical user interface (GUI) is new function introduced with the product at Version 5 Release 1 and significantly enhanced in releases 2 and 3.
This graphical user interface, also referred to as the BRMS iSeries Navigator client (BRMS client), is an optional plug-in that integrates many of the BRMS backup, recovery and media management functions into the iSeries(R) Navigator hierarchy. After you install the BRMS client on your workstation, you can manage BRMS operations, across several systems, from a single Windows(R) desktop.
