The IBM WebSphere Application Server – Express V6.1 for i5/OS is shipped as a LPP (licensed program product). It provides support for Java™ servlets, JavaServer Pages (JSP)™, Java Message Service (JMS) and Enterprise JavaBean (EJB)™ and core Web Services standards like XML, SOAP, WSDL and WSIF for developing dynamic e-business solutions. IBM WebSphere Application Server - Express V6.1 for i5/OS is included with i5/OS V5R3 and i5/OS V5R4 at no additional charge, and clients may deploy it to all i5/OS processors on the target iSeries server. A copy of "IBM WebSphere Application Server - Express" should already be included in the package when clients ordered their i5/OS V5R3 or i5/OS V5R4 product. However, if the product is not included for any reason, clients can obtain a copy of IBM WebSphere Application Server - Express by ordering product 5722-WE2 "
IBM Web Enablement for i5/OS" (5722-WE2).
