Where can I get a service pack?
We recommend customers keep their IBM i systems up to date by loading Toolbox PTFs via the Electronic Customer Support (ECS) facility.
The fastest way to get Toolbox fixes is via JTOpen (link resides outside of ibm.com).
For more information on how to order PTFs, go to IBM i technical support website.
