Domino Fax Log Messages: Error Code 11406
Code Description, Cause & Recovery
11406 Description:
Exception x initializing Windows Fax Conversion Service thread.

Cause:
The Windows Fax Conversion Service running on the Fax Windows Services System attempted to start and initialize a new Windows thread. The service encountered an exception which prevents it from successfully initializing the thread. The corresponding Fax server thread that was to use this Windows thread for converting fax documents will end. The value of exception code x provides more detailed information:

25 The Windows Fax Conversion Service cannot create an internal object needed for converting temporary, intermediate fax images. The Windows Fax Conversion Service continues to run, but the Fax server thread that is communicating with this particular Windows Fax Conversion Service thread is ended.
26 The Windows Fax Conversion Service cannot create an internal object needed for converting temporary, intermediate fax images. The Windows Fax Conversion Service continues to run, but the Fax server thread that is communicating with this particular Windows Fax Conversion Service thread is ended.
27 The Windows Fax Conversion Service cannot create an internal object needed for converting the fax images that are sent and received by the Fax server. The Windows Fax Conversion Service continues to run, but the Fax server thread that is communicating with this particular Windows Fax Conversion Service thread is ended.
28 The Windows Fax Conversion Service cannot initialize an internal object needed for converting the fax images that are sent and received by the Fax server. The Windows Fax Conversion Service continues to run, but the Fax server thread that is communicating with this particular Windows Fax Conversion Service thread is ended.

Recovery:
A Windows Fax for Domino Conversion Service cannot initialize a new Windows thread. Attempt to restart the entire network of Fax servers that use this Fax Windows Services System for fax conversion. Be sure to reboot your Fax Windows Services System when the instructions indicate to do so.

If the problem continues after you have restarted the entire network of Fax servers that use this Fax Windows Services System for fax conversion, report the problem.
