 Domino Fax for i5/OS
 | | |
|
| Code |
Description, Cause & Recovery |
| 11404 |
Description:
Error x communicating with Windows Fax Conversion Service while terminating thread t. Additional error code is y : z.
Cause:
An error occurred while the Fax server was ending. When Fax is ending, the Fax threads running on the Domino server attempt to send an end request to their respective Windows Fax Conversion Service threads running on the Fax Windows Services System. This particular thread (thread t) encountered a communications error while attempting to send the end request. Even so, Domino Fax ends successfully. Additional error code y better describes the type of communication error that occurred:
| 1045 |
The Fax server cannot allocate required internal memory. |
| 00-0 |
Communications timed out when the Fax server thread sent an end request to its Windows Fax Conversion Service thread. |
| 00-1 |
A communications error occurred while the Fax server thread waited to send data to its Windows Fax Conversion Service thread. |
| 00-2 |
The TCP/IP communications link between the Fax server thread and its Windows Fax Conversion Service thread ended unexpectedly. |
| 00-3 |
A communications error occurred while the Fax server thread was actually sending the end request to its Windows Fax Conversion Service thread. |
| 00-4 |
A communications error occurred while the Fax server thread tried to change the TCP/IP connection mode. |
Recovery: No recovery is necessary. The Fax server is still able to end even though it was unable to communicate with the Windows Fax Conversion Service. This minor error may occur if the Windows Fax Conversion Service ended before stopping Fax. If you receive errors when you start Fax, correct those errors at that time.
