Lotus Enterprise Integrator (LEI) Version 8.5.1 is required for use with Domino 8.5.1.
If you need a non-English version of Domino 8.5.1, you should not install Domino 8.5.1 until the Domino 8.5.1 language packs are available. When you upgrade a Domino server that has language parts installed, the upgrade process replaces all Domino language parts with English language parts. Language packs are typically available within 30 to 60 days after the English version.
