Note:
Although a Domino server can run on any POWER model, the iSeries server models are optimized for client/server applications such as Domino. iSeries 270, 800-2464, 810-2465, and eServer i5 520-0901 are recommended for Notes-based mail or light applications only. Partial processor models may not be suitable for compute-intensive applications; IBM eServer i5 520-0902 or higher recommended for CPU-intensive workloads.

Attention LEI Customers

Lotus Enterprise Integrator (LEI) Version 8 is required for use with Domino 8.

Important Note For Language Pack Users

If you need a non-English version of Domino 8, you should not install Domino 8 until the Domino 8 language packs are available. When you upgrade a Domino server that has language parts installed, the upgrade process replaces all Domino language parts with English language parts. Language packs are typically available within 30 to 60 days after the English version.
