*Note regarding i5/OS requirements for System i Access for Web:

  • In order to view printer output in PDF format, the targer server to which you are connecting must have the V5R2 or later iSeries Access for Web LP installed.
  • In order to work with the V5R3 System i Access for Web PDF Printers or PDF Printer Output functions, the target server to which you are connecting must have the V5R3 or later iSeries Access for Web LP installed.


On which i5/OS or OS/400 releases can the 5761-XH2 or 5722-XH2 LP be installed?

  • V6R1 5761-XH2 can be installed on V6R1 and V5R4 IBM i.
  • V5R4 5722-XH2 can be installed on V5R4 and V5R3 i5/OS.
  • V5R3 5722-XH2 can be installed on V5R3 and V5R2 i5/OS.
  • V5R2 5722-XH2 can be installed on V5R2 and V5R1 OS/400.


Client Access for Windows 95/NT (5763-XD1) (no longer supported):

  • V3R2M0 Client Access for Windows 95/NT connects to OS/400 V4R5 and earlier.
  • V3R2M0 Client Access for Windows 95/NT is not supported connecting to OS/400 V5R1 or later releases.

Client Access Enhanced for Windows 3.1 (5763-XK1) (no longer supported):

  • V3R1M0 Client Access Enhanced for Windows 3.1 connects to OS/400 V4R5 and earlier.
  • V3R1M0 Client Access Enhanced for Windows 3.1 is not supported connecting to OS/400 V5R1 or later releases.
