  1. The Software Knowledge Base is the primary source of troubleshooting information for IBM i integration with BladeCenter and System x. To search the Software Knowledge Base for troubleshooting topices related to IBM i integration with BladeCenter and System x, do the following:
    1. Follow the above link.
    2. Use the Search button to display the Software Knowledge Base search page.
    3. Type in the search words that describe the problem you are having.
    4. Limit the search to the the IBM i integration with BladeCenter and System x category.
