IBM eServer™ iSeries™ Integrated xSeries® Utilities
is a set of tools that provide support to easily:
Copy a Windows® integrated
xSeries (IXS/IXA) server and associated storage spaces.
Administer virtual Ethernet LAN configuration for an integrated server.
These functions consist of a plug-in for iSeries Navigator
and host side programs and commands and are offered as-is.
For more detailed information about using the functions, please refer to the user documentation included with the distribution.
Two versions of the tools are available:
IBM eServer iSeries Integrated xSeries Utilities version 2.0 for V5R3 This version contains a plug-in for V5R3 iSeries Navigator and host side code
for i5/OS™ V5R3 and V5R2.
It can be used to perform server copy and virtual Ethernet LAN configuration tasks on both V5R3 and V5R2 host systems.
IBM eServer iSeries Integrated xSeries Utilities version 0.1.3 for V5R2 This version contains a plug-in for V5R2 iSeries Navigator and host side code for i5/OS V5R2.
It can be used to perform server copy and virtual Ethernet LAN configuration tasks on V5R2 host systems.
