The Flex System CN4058 10 Gb Converged Adapter scales to up to 6 10 Gb physical ports, It helps provide a way to reduce data center costs by using a common infrastructure for Ethernet and storage networks.

The adapter is a single physical mezzanine card which logically can be treated as two adapters. This provides additional configuration flexibility to more easily support redundant copies of VIOS (Virtual Input/Output Server).
