This class introduces the student to System z "Value" characteristics, such as Hardware Facilities, High Availability, Workload Management, Virtualization, and Security. This includes the IBM zEnterprise System! This class stresses System z "Value" issues.

IBM TGVL: System z Fundamentals is an introductory level class designed to begin to build general System z Cost & Value Sales Skills. No prerequisites are required for this class.
The IBM TGVL: System z Foundation class will be held on three consecutive days, four hours each day. This is a total of three half-days.
The audience for this class would include IBM and Business Partner Software and Hardware sales reps, cSMs, client reps, System architects, FTSSs, and anyone else selling or supporting the sales of solutions involving Server content.
The IBM TGVL: System z Fundamentals Class is designed to begin to build the skills you need to be effective in understanding and communicating System z Cost & Value propositions to customers and integrating them into Customer Solutions.
